Breakfast:
Oat groats
w/ 2 Tbs coconut milk, strawberries and pineapple
Coffee

Lunch:
Bits of apple as I made pie

Dinner:
grilled eggplant, zucchini, hot pepper and squash
Homemade pumpernickel bread
Tomato, basil and onion salad

Dessert:
Earl grey with honey
Apple pie

Snack:
Sprouts
