I didn't sleep last night- must've been first day excitement...
I wound up eating a lot of pie and a lot of spicy thai eggplant between 1 and 3 am.
Breakfast:
Coffee
a few bites of pineapple and strawberries
Lunch:
Sprout sandwich: pumpernickel, veg mayo, nutritional yeast, hemp seeds and sprouts.
Dinner:
Left over Saag and basmati rice
a few bites of honeydew.
Two pieces of apple pie.
I'm stuffed. Now it's time for bed.
