Breakfast:
strawberries and pineapple chunks
Coffee

Lunch:
Vegan sushi
cucumber melon mint salad

Dinner:
grilled eggplant, squash and zucchini
tomato, onion, basil salad
lots of bakery country wheat bread

Dessert:
1/2 can organic pumpkin pie filling mixed with coconut milk
