I had a few grapes, detox tea and kombucha throughout the day.
Dinner was made for me: roast beef and green beans. There was pie, mashed potatoes and rolls, but I stuck to my plan. Had grapes for dessert.
Snack tonight: flax, honey and spices and some hot water to go with a little light reading.
