Tuesday wasn't pretty. I had a major piece of my proposal and two meetings over Tuesday and Wednesday, so I retreated into a bag of pretzel cheese sandwiches and chex mix. Weight was up about 3 pounds this week, so I realized it was time to cut the shenanigans.
Wednesday I had a meeting in Albany, so I went to my favorite sushi place and ran into one of my friends there. Besides sushi lunch, I had a ginger/ honey drink, grapes and prunes. Perfect day.
Today:
Brunch was two eggs and a tomato and cucumber salad with Italian dressing.
Dinner was bean thread noodles with egg, beans, snap peas and a Thai sauce.
Dessert was a pop tart. I know, not perfect, but within my daily calories. Woo.
